We had a good workout last night, Blue 1 and Silver groups did 12 and 15 minute swims… I know, a little boring but a great way to track your development over time. These types of swims will remind you why it is so important to come to practice as much as possible. Ally had a good showing in her swim and Matt did almost as well. Way to go guys!
