Another great practice last night, Blue 1 did a great job with dryland. We have been working on body position for stroke simulation drills and its getting a lot better. Silver group had a quality IM workout… Its cool to see so much improvement in both your strokes and your endurance. Remember everyone, the key to getting better is attendance. Get to practic as much as you can and you will be able to reach your goals faster. Remember Friday has a modified schedule and Saturday will be in the afternoon, not the morning.see you on deck.
